Singlets are in!

The Finn Sisu Trail Team singlets came in today - just in time for the races this weekend. Watch out for Brent and James at the Trail Mix 25k, and I will be at the Earth Day 1/2 marathon. Hopefully in the future we will have even more runners in these very sharp looking jerseys.

The Loppet Running Club

The Loppet Running Club is the Twin Cities' first trail running-based fitness club. The training group meets on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings at Theodore Wirth Park (and a few other select locations) for runs on trails rather than asphalt roads. It's a great way to prepare for the Half Marathon or 5k at the City of Lakes Trail Loppet. It is also a great way to meet other runners, explore new trails, and get training tips from experienced runners. All proceeds go to the City of Lakes Nordic Ski Foundation, and all the coaches are vollunteers. If you have some trail running experience (you don't have to be fast) that you would like to share with others, consider vollunteering to be a coach for next year's team!
